Green pepper

Description: It has a green colour and is gathered before the peppers ripen. Its aroma is less intense than the other types of pepper but it still has the same taste. The characteristics of each pepper (aroma, flavour, strength, essential oils, etc.) are what categorise it, according to the international organisation ASTA, into different qualities.
