Uses: Goes with pizza, roast meat and fish, olives, olive oil, egg-lemon sauce, potatoes, tomato sauces and, of course, Greek salad!

Combinations: Combined with spices such as chilli, paprika and pepper, as well as with Captain’s natural Mediterranean mixes such as garlic pepper, lemon pepper and orange pepper. Blends wonderfully with garlic, and also goes with herbs such as marjoram, thyme, savory, rosemary and basil.
